Where We Started

Doc Lab was founded on a simple observation: physician practices wanted to bring diagnostic testing in-house, but the support available to them was fragmented, superficial, or focused on selling equipment rather than ensuring success.

We saw practices struggle with compliance complexity, equipment that didn't perform as promised, and “support” lines that led to voicemail. We knew there had to be a better way—one that combined genuine expertise with genuine care for the practices we serve.

How We've Evolved

Over more than a decade, we've grown from a service-focused consultancy into a vertically integrated partner with manufacturing capabilities that set us apart in the industry.

We invested in research and development. We built our own manufacturing operation to formulate and produce reagents—giving us quality control that third-party resellers simply cannot match. We commissioned independent validation studies to prove the clinical performance of our testing methodologies. And we assembled a team with deep expertise across molecular diagnostics, clinical chemistry, regulatory compliance, and FDA affairs.
